I have recently produced pieces with a coastal theme. They are less about seascape and more about being immersed in the environment, whether body-boarding in choppy water or collecting beautiful pebbles on the shoreline. I spent three years by the sea at University and have strong links with South Devon and Cornwall. Through the ‘Tidelines’ and ‘Surf’ series I attempt to capture the essence of our stunning coastline.
